Celebrate Advent and Christmas in Downtown Glen Ellyn
It's the most wonderful time of the year! Whether you're looking to worship, serve the community, or find opportunities for your kids to experience Advent, we're here for you! ​
​Interested in worship? Center your hearts in God's promises of love, hope, joy, and peace as we worship together on the 4 Sundays of Advent, December 1, 8, 15, and 22 at 10:30 a.m. On Christmas Eve (December 24), we'll sing Christmas hymns at 7 p.m., followed by a 7:30 p.m. service welcoming the Christ child.
Is music more your thing? We're thrilled to host the 2nd Annual Prairie Central District Advent Concert on Sunday, December 8 at 3 p.m. You'll be inspired by the voices of hundreds of people from a variety of churches in the area coming together to sing the Christmas songs of our faith! Then, on December 15 at 10:30 a.m., our Chancel Choir will present their Christmas Cantata, telling the Christmas story through song.
Are you looking for ways to get your kids involved this season? Our annual No-Rehearsal Nativity Pageant on December 8 is a well-loved tradition! Children and youth are invited to come at 9:30 a.m. on the 8th, grab a simple costume, and participate in the story of Christ's birth during the 10:30 a.m. worship service.
